Shaking The Conscious Of America

I have not lately had time to post a blog so I have just been sharing articles that I find of interest that connect to things I have been saying for years. I know most people are just too busy surviving from meal to meal, check to check to have time to research the bizarre reality we find ourselves sharing with global terrorist found right in our own government. Want to know who runs things in Washington? Take a thorough look at the energy bill that Bush is signing into policy. Trillions of dollars in kick-backs, subsidies to the oil, gas, coal, nuclear power industries - all at a time when they are reaping record contracts and no-bid contracts. Oil just set a new high surpassing $63 dollars a barrel. No love for consumers or change in policy to support alternative fuels, energies which could lessen the strain of petrol dependence for America. Never mind that Rudolph Diesel first made his engines in the early 1900's to run off peanut oil to aid farm owners who might not be able to afford the rising cost of gasoline. The petroleum industry just modified a 'petrol' fuel to run in his engines and then 'opened' the market to his engines while Diesel ended up floating face down in a pond.

Late last night while researching why it is dangerous to be a organ donor and have a 'living will' I heard Alex Jones interview Cindy Sheehan from Gold Star Families For Peace. I first saw Cindy on a live C-SPAN inquiry into the Downing Street Memo hosted by John Conyers who had a hard time just getting a meeting room because the Republicans did not want the truth about the memo to reach the American people. Cindy lost her son Casey in Iraq andrelated her anguish in an honorable way during the inquiry.

She decided to go to Crawford, Texas to confront George Bush on the war while on a speaking tour in Dallas. She was a big part of the Congressional Inquiry into the 'leaked' Downing Street Memos that prove the Bush Administration wanted the war with Iraq as a foothole in the Middle East and to gain access to Iraq's oil fields, which are the 2nd largest reserves anywhere in the world as outlined by Cheney's pre-9/11 Energy Commission.

Blair and his goons decided to support Bush even though they knew that unlike America they had not opted out of the International Criminal Court and were worried that they could be tried for war crimes if the world perceived the whole endeavor as an illegal war. British Intelligence decided to support the decision for war though they knew the facts would have to be fixed to fit the war.

Let me just say that I love Cindy Sheehan. She is a true American Patriot. All of the Gold Star Families are for putting theirselves on the frontline to stand for truth and justice in the face of deceit and a web of lies that has most Americans firmly entrenched without knowing they're trapped.

She is using her anger to create change in a positive way, bringing military families together with all people to have dialogue about an illegal war against a sovereign nation that had no ties to 9/11, Al-Qaeda, or Weapons of Mass Destruction. The only WMD's there are the depleted uranium munitions our military took there so that our government could get rid of the toxic waste we have stored up from years of developing a nuclear arsenal.

Just wait until all military families learn the truth about the effects of Depleted Uranium. I know her son is just as proud of her as she is proud of him. It is funny to me that after all of the 9/11 massive cover-up, massive lies to persuade a war with Iraq, and people like David Kelly executed to keep Americans in the dark about government sponsored terror- an act of revenge against Wilson may be our truest chance at bringing down the Bush/Cheney Administration grand jury style.

Just in case you have not heard word is spreading that Bush/Cheney/Rove and others have been idicted by a Federal Grand Jury in the outing of Valerie Plame, "Joe Wilson's wife" as Rove said.
