At the height of the cold war America had over 100 Air bases to protect the United States from attack. Now we have 7 scattered all over the country with one of our most important air bases in Alaska slated for shutting down. Why? The real question is why the American people would trust our government when we have a proven and verifiable history of government sponsored terror. During even the early history of our country there is undeniable accounts of atrocities being carried out by the military on the public. Today we have the attacks unfolding in London at a time when the British people want an absolute withdrawal from Iraq. Both Bush and Blair have suffered ridiculuosly from the release of the Downing Street Memos. Both are suffering in the polls and have little or no support from the public for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Only 1 in 3 Americans think we are winning the war in terror. Most people believe the world is a more frightening place than it was before the war on terror. They absolutely needed another attack to cause a fret in the american and British publics to serve as a catalyst for a renewed effort and public support for the war on terror. People as long as you fall for that problem reaction solution farce they keep trying to pull on us, we will continue to have these handy convenient when necessary terror attacks so that we will support their agenda. Most people only want peace for themselves and their neighbors. Nobody wants to live in terror and in fear of their neighbors. Don't fall for the phoney Christian/Muslim war.
